We were thrilled to host our second Energize Careers Educator Training in Little Rock, Arkansas, bringing together 16 educators from Arkansas State University, Philander Smith University, Hendrix College, Southern Arkansas University, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas for a day of learning, collaboration, and connection.

Throughout the training, educators explored ways to bring energy industry insights and workforce development concepts into their classrooms while learning more about the wide range of careers available across the energy sector. We were also grateful to hear from Lauren Waldrip of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association and Kristie Kelley of the Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD), who shared valuable perspectives on industry trends, career pathways, and workforce needs.

We believe educators play a critical role in helping students discover meaningful career opportunities. Through curriculum resources, professional development, classroom grants, and industry connections, we're working to make it easier for educators to connect learning with real-world careers.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared ideas, and contributed to great conversations throughout the day. We are excited to continue growing this network of educators and helping build the energy workforce of tomorrow. 🌞⚡️

A milestone worth celebrating.

Our Arcadia Solar Farm is now supplying energy to the grid, marking Silicon Ranch’s first operating project in Louisiana—and the first solar project in the Arcadia community. This achievement represents the power of partnership, bringing together organizations committed to investing in lasting energy infrastructure and expanding access to clean energy.

Thanks to the support of customers including Microsoft, Intuit, Infoblox, Dropps, The Versa Groupe, Chicory Wealth, Grandma Mae's Country Naturals, Material Bank, and Kenco Group, this project will generate electricity to help power the local grid with reliable renewable energy while preventing more than 460 million pounds of carbon emissions over its lifetime.

Thank you to our partners, customers, local leaders, and the Arcadia and Bienville Parish communities for helping make this milestone possible. We're proud to be part of Louisiana's energy future and look forward to creating value in the region for decades to come.

We’re proud to celebrate this recognition of the impact being created through Clearloop!

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation has named Clearloop and Jackson-Madison County Schools recipients of the 2026 Governor’s Environmental Stewardship Award for Environmental Education and Outreach. The award recognizes Energize STEM, a partnership among Clearloop, Jackson-Madison County Schools, Silicon Ranch Corporation, and KidWind Project that connects students and educators with hands-on learning opportunities powered by real-world renewable energy data.

As a long-term owner and operator, we believe our projects should create value that extends beyond generating electricity, and we’re honored to see that commitment recognized through this innovative program here in our home state.

We were pleased to welcome K–12 educators from the National Energy Education Development (The NEED Project) to our Nashville office during their annual conference! 🌞📚

Since 1980, NEED has empowered teachers across the country with hands-on energy education resources and curriculum—a mission that aligns closely with our Energize STEM program, which brings solar-focused learning experiences and career exploration opportunities to classrooms nationwide.

Our team had a great time hosting the group, giving them a behind-the-scenes look at our work, and leading a session on careers in the solar industry. We're grateful for the opportunity to connect with such passionate educators and help inspire the next generation.

Thanks to the NEED team for spending time with us—we look forward to continuing to build momentum for energy education and workforce development across the country. ⚡️🌎

Earlier this month, Karina from our Programs team spent the day at one of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s summer energy camps for educators at Montgomery Bell State Park. From hands‑on activities to rich conversations with K–12 teachers across Tennessee, it was inspiring to learn from TDEC’s decades of leadership in empowering schools in our home state with meaningful energy education.
