Grace Design Studios was proud to serve as architect for the new Tri-Township Fire & Rescue Headquarters in Sellersburg, Indiana. Working alongside Chief Mousavi and his staff, our team helped bring to life a facility designed to support firefighters and first responders while preparing for the continued growth of the communities they serve.

The new 22,710-square-foot facility includes four apparatus bays, operational support spaces, and living accommodations for up to ten crew members. From wellness-focused amenities and comfortable residential spaces to efficient station planning, every detail was designed to enhance daily operations, emergency response readiness, and the health and performance of those who serve.

The recent ribbon cutting and dedication celebrated an important investment in public safety for southern Indiana and the people who protect its communities every day. This project is a meaningful example of how thoughtful design can support first responders and strengthen the communities they serve.

Designed to complement its surroundings while creating a distinctive presence on campus, the Cajun Industries office building pairs a contemporary metal rainscreen system with materials inspired by the campus’s existing brick architecture and signature green roofs. The result is a seamless connection between legacy and innovation.

Inside, thoughtfully curated finishes, lighting, and custom graphics celebrate Cajun Industries’ construction expertise while creating a modern workplace that reflects the company’s culture, growth, and forward-thinking vision.

Located in South Baton Rouge, ReCenter Hospital was designed to provide a seamless healthcare experience by bringing advanced surgical care, recovery, and outpatient services together on a single campus. The private inpatient facility features flexible operating and procedure rooms, dedicated recovery spaces, and an attached outpatient clinic that allows patients to receive consultations, treatment, and follow-up care in one convenient location.

Focused on both clinical excellence and patient comfort, the hospital's layout promotes efficient operations while supporting personalized care. Warm, hospitality-inspired interiors, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully designed public spaces create an environment that feels welcoming rather than institutional. Master planned for future growth, ReCenter combines advanced surgical capabilities with a holistic approach to healing, providing a sophisticated setting for cosmetic, reconstructive, and specialized surgical care.

Designed to support innovation, collaboration, and the future of workforce development, the Alliance Safety Council Emerging Technology Center expands the organization's commitment to learning beyond traditional training environments. The 26,000 SF facility serves as a hub for content development and IT teams, while providing flexible spaces where members, employees, and visitors can explore new ideas and solve complex challenges together.

At the heart of the facility is the Design Thinking Lab, a dedicated space created to foster creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration of all scales. A mix of industrial and natural materials, vibrant finishes, and branded elements creates an energetic environment that reflects Alliance Safety Council's forward-thinking mission.

Designed to provide skilled nursing and intermediate care for Tennessee's veterans, the 126-bed community embraces a neighborhood-based model, featuring private resident rooms, inviting gathering spaces, and a dedicated community center that fosters connection and well-being.
