This East Nashville bath is a study in that balance, pairing tumbled Castelli Marble floors with richly glazed Tiles of Luca wall tile in Burnt Flan. A sculptural Calacatta Viola marble sink anchors the space, while Vancouver Quartzite countertops provide a refined, enduring finish. The result is a layered composition that feels both curated and timeless.

After months of planning, digging, and tying steel, this 20x40 pool is officially taking shape. Spa integrated, heated features throughout, and a full 12” thick shell across the entire structure.

Some photos from a project we never got the chance to share. This 700 sq ft DADU we completed in East Nashville proves that small doesn’t mean limited.

We fit 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, garage, and even a workout room into this two-story unit. By maximizing both vertical and horizontal space, we were able to get the absolute most out of every square foot.
