First steps of dirt work on this new 5300 sq ft house going in.
Concrete pipe at the road with around 600 ft of driveway cut and base rock laid for construction driveway.
House site cleared and graded ready for us to start forming the slab, 400ft of water line, and underground electric service bore under the road going in next week. Along with more clearing for a shop then wrap up with installing the septic system. Plenty of fine finish grade work in the fall after construction.

Slow draining,water standing in tubs,frequent pump outs, or wet areas in your yard can be signs of a failing system especially in an older home.
