K2 Engineering and Empower Electric are proud to partner on the upcoming launch of e|spaces’ 10th location at 216 Centerview Drive in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Spanning 25,244 square feet in a premier office building, this new facility will showcase e|spaces’ innovative approach to flexible work environments. With a mix of private offices, collaborative workspaces, and meeting rooms, the Brentwood location is designed to serve a diverse range of professionals, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.

We’re excited to contribute our expertise in engineering and electrical systems to help bring this cutting-edge workspace to life for one of Tennessee’s most vibrant business communities.

Butler Snow is leasing 31,000 square feet of office space on the top two floors of a new building in Germantown’s Neuhoff District.

It is apart of A former meat-packing plant being redeveloped into a 1 million square foot office, retail, and residential complex along the Cumberland River.

Inside 17th & Grand is the new Sony Music Publishing office. It is 23,968 square feet of the 9-story Class A building which is located at 1005 17th Avenue S in Nashville.

Electric & lighting were completed by K2 Engineering & Empower Electric.
