A simple recoat for a Rental Property. Water stains like this are easily covered once the source is repaired. On this one we primed with oil based kilz, caulked the cracks above cabinets, then a fresh coat of ceiling white.

Recent paint job going from flat to eggshell for better cleanability.

SW Repose Gray is a fantastic “Greige” that looks good with both warm and cool colors

A repaint before sale in Inglewood. Ceilings, walls, and trim touch up. This color really gives a clean neutral appearance without being too cool or warm. Front door and Porch were also repainted to give a fresh look.
