We recently completed a comprehensive landscaping project that involved excavating the hillside for a pool installation and grading the terrain leading from the house to the pool area. Following the pool's installation, we backfilled the excavated area. Additionally, we stabilized a seven-foot creek bank drop-off, which posed a significant safety risk, by regrading the slope and installing rip rap to prevent erosion. The excess soil was utilized to repair a yard sinkhole and level a prominent mound caused by an old stump. Finally, we assisted the property owner in relocating a storage shed to the rear of the property, thereby optimizing the functionality of the restored backyard.

Extensive rehabilitation of this pothole-damaged and rutted driveway. Soil conditioner used to recover the original hidden stone to the surface, then smooth and compact the driveway prior to installing a new layer of stone. Side ditches cleared for optimal water runoff to the culverts.

Upgraded the drainage system by removing the 4” SDR pipe and replacing it with a 15” double wall culvert and rip rap rock to prevent erosion. The project also included widening the driveway, adding a turn around/parking area, and installing new stone throughout.

Out with the old retaining wall and in with the new. 100’x 48’
The two stair old railroad ties removed and a new 82lb each block for a total of almost 38,000lb block and caps plus nearly 25 ton of stone for the footer and backfill.
Special thanks to Robert and Skylar for all you do.
The homeowner will be extending the deck and adding another deck on the other side for the finishing touches.
