🔥 Project Update | Fire Rebuild 🔥

Big progress this week!
✅ Poured foundation walls
✅ Basement floor complete
✅ Encapsulation done

We’re ready to start framing! 🏗️

💡 Fun Fact:
Poured concrete foundations are about 10–20% more expensive than block foundations — but they’re stronger, more watertight, and built to last. 💪
