Big progress on site 👏

We’re excited to be getting parking lot and driveway base stone down, a major step toward shaping the final layout of this project.

This phase really starts to bring the site to life—establishing access, grades, and the foundation for what’s coming next.

Huge credit to the crews and equipment operators pushing through and keeping things moving.

Onward to paving and vertical progress 🚜💪

Big progress happening underground 👷‍♂️⚡️
We’ve got our main electrical utility installed all the way up to the transformer, with the trench red-slurried in per NES requirements. This is one of those critical scopes that doesn’t get much visibility once it’s covered up—but it’s a huge step forward for the site and keeps everything compliant, protected, and ready for what’s next.
Appreciate the coordination from the crews out here getting it done right and keeping momentum moving forward. On to the next phase.

Finish grading is underway on the front side of our retaining wall at the Futbol5 project.

Getting this area dialed in is a big step toward final site shaping and sets the stage for what’s coming next. It’s always rewarding to see the wall transition from a structural element into a finished, functional part of the site.

Great work by the crew navigating tight access and keeping everything clean and efficient as we move closer to the final vision for this space. 💪🚜

Big milestone out at our Futbol5 project today — we’ve started covering up the underground detention system. 👷‍♂️🚜

Seeing this portion of the work wrap up is always exciting, because it means all the planning, prep, and teamwork that went into the install is officially paying off. Huge thanks to everyone involved for keeping the project moving forward and looking sharp.

Exciting progress out at our site this week — our underground detention chambers and retaining wall are getting wrapped up, and that means we’re finally ready to shift into the true site layout phase.

This system has been a major piece of the project, and seeing it come together has been huge. The front loader in the photos really puts the scale into perspective — a reminder of just how much coordination and precision goes into building the foundation for what comes next.

Appreciate the hard work from everyone involved in getting us to this point. Big steps forward from here. 👊

Big progress at our Futbol5 project this week! 🙌

Elevated Excavation has been hard at work installing the chambers for our underground detention system, and things are really taking shape. These chambers will play a huge role in managing stormwater on-site and keeping the future parking areas ready for all the traffic this facility will bring.

Always exciting to see these major pieces of the project come together. Great work by the team out here keeping everything moving forward! 👏🚜

Elevated Excavation has been hard at work getting the underground detention system prepped — geofabric installed, base stone placed, and everything graded out and ready to move forward.

This is a major step in the sitework, and we’re fired up to keep the momentum going as we push toward getting the parking lot underway.
