This design-forward restaurant brings together elevated dining, custom details, and a vibrant atmosphere in downtown Nashville. From the eye-catching wood arches framing the statement bar to the lounge filled with custom-designed furniture and artwork by Nashville artists, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to create an inviting, high-energy experience.

We are proud to partner on a project that blends hospitality, design, and craftsmanship so seamlessly, and we are excited that the 260-seat space is officially open for Nashville to enjoy!

Located on Music Row, Belmont University’s new building will expand the Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business with new spaces for audio engineering, content creation, podcast production, and more, giving students more opportunities for hands-on experience in the entertainment industry. 🎵🎸🎤

This new space will honor Music Row’s legacy while helping carry the music industry forward for future generations. We’re excited for what’s ahead as we work with Belmont, ESa, and our other great partners to bring this project to life!

Our team has officially broken ground on The CORD (Creating Opportunities and Realize Dreams) at Belmont University. This project is a 17,000-square-foot renovation and addition that will transform a long-standing campus structure into a hub for creativity and collaboration.

The project includes the restoration of the original powerhouse building alongside a new three-story addition. Once complete, The CORD will feature a 150-seat performance venue, a state-of-the-art digital media lab, flexible collaboration spaces, a food service area, and exterior patio seating connected to the main campus lawn.

A green roof system will also be incorporated to support sustainable stormwater management. This project brings new life to a historic structure while introducing modern spaces that will serve Belmont’s campus for years to come.

We’re proud to break ground on the expansion of Saddle Up!, a remarkable organization that provides children and young adults with disabilities the opportunity to grow and thrive through therapeutic and recreational activities with horses.

This project is centered around creating new therapy spaces including a sensory room, equine-assisted learning classroom, and therapy gym to better serve children and families. The expansion will also add a family-centered lobby and dedicated volunteer spaces to support the 300+ individuals who make these programs possible each week.

R.C. Mathews is especially honored to return to a facility we originally built more than 25 years ago, partnering with Gensler to help shape Saddle Up’s next chapter.

Yesterday, the Tennessee Performing Arts Center unveiled the vision for its future home on Nashville’s East Bank, and the JE Dunn | R.C. Mathews | Don Hardin Group team is proud to help bring it to life. 🎭

This 307,000-square-foot campus will feature four theaters designed to support everything from Broadway productions to more intimate performances, expanding access and creating new ways for the community to experience the arts.

Construction is well underway for Centennial Park’s Phase III Renovation!🌳

This phase includes a 7,900 sq. ft. pavilion, conversion of the Croquet Clubhouse into a café, expanded pathways, and a new grand entrance, further enhancing walkability and creating more space to gather.

We’re proud to partner with Metro Parks Nashville on a project that will better serve both Nashvillians and visitors for years to come.

Major progress is happening at The Opaline at Artist Hill! This mixed-use residential community will feature 251 units, a 4,000-square-foot childcare center, and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, designed to support both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
