From raw framing to a full-blown backyard centerpiece.

This design-build outdoor kitchen was built for the kind of evenings that turn into stories. Heavy timber framing, exposed trusses, metal roofing, a custom fireplace, composite decking, outdoor cooking space, and plenty of room for family, friends, and a few “we should do this more often” nights.

We handled this one from concept to completion, and the final result speaks for itself.

Some decks are built for looks.

This one was built for looks, strength, dry space underneath, and a whole lot of Saturday night traffic.

We completely reframed this upper deck structure to properly carry the new load of the upgraded decking system, furniture, handrails, and, let’s be honest, the party that’s coming with it.

For the finished surface, we installed a weatherproof composite decking system designed to shed water and keep the screened-in porch below dry. That means the homeowner gets a beautiful outdoor living space upstairs, while still protecting and using the space underneath.

We finished it off with aluminum handrails for a clean, low-maintenance look that will hold up for years.

This is the kind of project we love. Not just making something pretty, but making it right from the framing up.

Strong structure. Dry space below. Low maintenance finish. Ready for coffee in the morning and a crowd by dark.

Levi & Grace Construction was honored to be a Diamond Sponsor for this year’s MDP Reach event.

It was a great night supporting a great cause, spending time with people in our community, participating in the auction, and helping raise support for scholarships for local high school seniors.

We believe strong communities are built by people who show up. Sometimes that means swinging a hammer. Sometimes it means putting on a suit, shaking hands, and supporting the next generation.

This week our team demoed a house, repaired a masonry wall with a new relief angle over window openings, started a second-story deck, repaired subfloor and support beams, and built custom handrails in the shop for a historic renovation.

That’s the part most people never see.
The planning. The structural work. The custom details. The fix before the finish.
