This week we installed a booster pump with a storage tank to help get water to the irrigation system since the house pressure couldn’t keep up with the demand on the yard size. We installed a PRV to increase the tank pressure but slow the draw down. There was limited room in the mechanical room and only a 35 gallon tank would fit. We are heading back next week to install a new whole house filter!!

During a kitchen remodel and addition we uncovered this gem. It went from 4” cast to 3” copper back to 4” cast that was servicing two bathrooms. Per our plumbing code that is not allowed and had to be corrected. We replaced what we could without disturbing the second and third floor bathrooms. This one was tough because the weight of this all was insane and one little shift would have costed a huge problem since this went out of the roof. This house is over 100 years old, we did recommend replacing the whole thing but sometimes that’s not in the cards.

Another boiler room remodel, replaced a Weil McClain ultra with a alpine and a leaking indirect with the new SSUEVO 80. The new indirects have there own port for the recirculating line which is a huge plus, and if you don’t need it, they even send you the plug to plug it off. We also went with the takeout 006 recirculating pump. Alpine boilers are one of our go to boiler because they’re just bulletproof. Please contact us if you wanna update or replace your current hydronic heating system or just for service..
