Bash Plumbing is back from vacation and we are currently working through our voicemail messages and returning calls to get customers scheduled as quickly as possible.

If you have left us a message and have not heard back yet, please be patient while we work through our backlog. We have also encountered several full voicemail boxes and voicemail boxes that are not set up, which has prevented us from returning some calls.

If you are expecting a callback and your voicemail is full or not set up, please give us another call so we can get in touch with you. A few people that called while we were away also did not leave their number for a return call so if you called and we don’t get in touch with you by the end of this week, please call us back.

⚠️ ❄️ Colder weather is approaching! Be sure to take precautions to keep your pipes from freezing. We are prepared to be overwhelmed with calls so wait times could be a few days.

Open cabinet doors, leave water run a small steady stream, seal up any cracks that cold air can get in. Make sure any outside doors into crawl spaces are closed and sealed. It's amazing how a little crack can let enough cold in to freeze pipes. If you have heat tape on problem areas, make sure they are plugged in and working now.

We have been transitioning ownership over to Michael the past week. In addition to Michael now working mostly on his own, you’ll be hearing a new voice on the phone. Our daughter-in-law, Sarah (our younger son, Daniel’s wife) will be taking messages and returning calls. She’s very comfortable talking to people and is very friendly. Sarah is home with our grandson, so you may be hearing some background noises, like when our boys were little. We feel that Michael made a great decision to bring Sarah in to help. Of course, Sarah is going to need a little time to learn, so she may need to call you back with information. I’m sure they will work nicely together to succeed in this new adventure. Thank you all for your continued support.

As many of you know, Laurie and I will be retiring on Nov 8th. We have met so many amazing people throughout the past 35 years. Many customers have become our friends. We feel so fortunate to have been able to succeed in our small business. We never intended on expanding. We liked having a one on one relationship with our customers.
Our son, Michael, will be taking over the business. Most of you know him because he’s been working with me for the past 9+ years.
Michael is also a registered master plumber. He will be starting out working alone, as I did. He is very capable of handling the type of work we have been known to do. The phone number is staying the same. It will feel very different for a while, for us, for Michael, and for our customers. We ask that you please give him a chance to settle in his new position as a new business owner.
