We are seeking a highly specialized **Electrical Safety Professional (Energy Marshall)** to spearhead electrical hazard control, ensure strict compliance, and protect our craft professionals on-site.
# # # **Minimum Position Requirements (Strictly Enforced):**
* **Core Electrical Experience:** Minimum of **five (5) years** of practical electrical experience. *(Data center project experience is highly preferred).*
* **Electrical Safety Expertise:** Minimum of **three (3) years** of dedicated electrical safety experience working specifically on High Voltage / Medium Voltage (HV/MV) systems.
* **NFPA 70E Certification:** Must hold valid National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E training (or approved local equivalent). *Training must be fully current and updated to the most recent 3-year version release.*
* **Professional Safety Credentials:** Must hold at least one of the following active certifications: **CSP, CHST, or ASP/GSP**.
* **OSHA Training:** Must possess a current **OSHA 30-hour Construction card** that has been issued or updated through an approved EHS vendor within the last two years.
* **Medical Training:** Valid, current certifications in **First Aid, CPR, and AED**.
* **Education/General Safety Experience:** Must possess either an academic degree in safety OR at least **five (5) years** of full-time construction safety management experience.
# # # **Key Responsibilities & Expectations:**
* **On-Site Field Authority:** Maintain a 100% physical presence in the field while work is being performed. You must utilize your expertise to recognize hazards and exercise immediate authority to take corrective safety actions.
* **Daily Routines:** Lead mandatory morning **Safety Huddles**, including worker check-in/check-out, active Pre-Task Plan (PTP) reviews for every crew, daily Stretch-n-Flex coordination, and critical Control of Work permit management (such as Hot Work and Confined Space).
* **Inspections & Daily Oversight:** Conduct and document a minimum of one weekly safety inspection. Ensure designated site Competent Persons submit mandatory shift inspections *before every single shift* for high-risk operations (including Fall Protection, Excavations, Scaffolding, Cranes, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Heavy Equipment).
* **Program Ex*****on:** Utilize safety science principles to design, develop, and execute comprehensive site safety procedures, risk mitigation specifications, and environmental control systems.
* **Collaborative Reporting:** Jointly report to the General Contractor's Project EHS Manager to maintain total compliance with corporate and owner safety policies.
* **Toolbox & Safety Meetings:** Conduct, document, and submit mandatory toolbox talks on a weekly basis, and actively participate in all project safety committee meetings.
