Shovelers 30$-35$ Per hr depending on work ethic and reliability and be able to work long hours.

Plow drivers 35$-40$ per hr must have plowing experience and be reliable and available for every storm.

Little before and after on todays job, We extended a well overgrown mulch bed infested with bittersweet and overgrown bushes and trees, we dug the whole area out to get rid of any roots, stumps and debris and brought in fresh material and finished it off with a layer of mulch. Next year we will figure out a plant design to really dress up this back yard
