Lift-Texas Construction will Lift, Level -and Stabilize Parking Lots, Driveways, Carports, Sidewalks, and other concrete areas that needs lifting and leveling for an even and elevated pathway.

Our polyurethane foam method uses the concrete slab itself as a means of delivering poly foams that raise concrete, fill voids, and stabilize soils. A ⅝” hole is drilled through the slab into the subgrade. A tapered delivery port is installed into the ⅝” hole. The injection gun is connected to the port. The injection gun delivers the polyurethane material through the port and slab. Expansion of the material occurs within seconds, compressing loose soils and raising concrete.

Lift-Texas Construction - Your Solution to Foundation Repair, Concrete Lift/Level, Pool Deck Stabilization

Problem: This pool was located on the side of a hill and as with most all structures built on a hillside comes erosion and shifting of the soils around which in turn causing the “foundation” to shift.

Solution: Lift-Texas Construction first installed steel piers under the entire perimeter of the pool to insure it was lifted/stabilized. Secondly, we strategically drilled 5 (1”) holes thru the pool/spa interior shell to insure we covered the entire pool and the void left behind from the pier lift. The product we used in this case is FillFoam, it is a two-part resin/hardener that does not lift and can flow hundreds of feet from just drilling one hole. Once the void was filled, we cleaned up and the client was super happy we fixed his issue!
