The Role:
As a Concrete Laborer, your day-to-day will include:
Assisting with site preparation, including setting forms and tying rebar.
Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using various hand tools.
Maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Operating basic machinery and power tools under supervision.
What You Bring:
Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to work.
Physical Stamina: You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and can lift 50+ lbs.
Attitude: A willingness to learn and a commitment to safety.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for specific projects (travel costs covered).
Bonus: Valid driver’s license and previous construction experience (though we are willing to train the right person).
What We Offer:
Industry-Leading Pay: Starting at $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience).
