Here’s a project we wrapped up yesterday. This homeowner had water issues due to being one of the lower properties in the area and improper grading in the yard.

We installed a drainage system and also put two downspouts plus the sump discharge underground within this system.

Once the drainage system was complete the yard was regraded to work with the drainage system to keep water away from the home.

Here is a project we checked off the list this past weekend! The area was very overgrown and the customer wanted it cleaned up. This consisted of removing the larger trees and coming in with a mulcher to clean up the rest!

A project that we have been doing more of is running eavestrough (downspout) and sump pump output drainage underground to a better runoff area.

Aside from being very aesthetically pleasing; doing this provides a list of other benefits:
■ protection to your home's foundation by keeping the water draining away from the foundation which keeps the moisture out and the soil there
□ prevents runoff and erosion where your downspouts and sump pump currently discharge
■ removes pooling of water near the home and we all know stagnant water increases bug activity (also check out our bug spraying services for your homes exterior!)

These pictures are from the start of an underground eavestrough/sump pump output drainage reroute. We rerouted the drainage to a small retention pond. To complete this, we will be grading and installing a yard .

Here’s another project that we finished. The backyard was pretty rough and needed to be regraded a touch and some fresh topsoil brought in. After that was complete, we seeded and covered with straw mat.

Here’s a quick project we got checked off the list this morning. The homeowner had a sump pump discharge line buried years ago and the pipe had either partially collapsed or got plugged not allowing water to flow properly.

We installed a new 4” drain pipe with a freeze protection fitting at the house. The homeowner now has a worry free drain for their sump discharge!

We’ll be stopping back in a couple weeks to put down topsoil and seed this area.

Here’s a site prep project that we completed yesterday. The customer requested that the material around their outdoor patio be removed and for topsoil to be brought in so they can plant grass.

The other part of the project was removing part of their sidewalk and front step to the house. The customer has plans to rebuild the front entry area with their own decorative touch.
