This homeowner was experiencing the challenge of cold and drafty rooms and closet spaces on the second floor.

We ended up air sealing gaps and insulating the attic with R60 cellulose insulation. We also added 2" of spray foam to the knee walls in the closet and the second-floor rooms. The outcome? A more comfortable home and significantly lower energy bill!
