This one was a transformation from top to bottom.

We removed the entire existing roof — trusses and all — and changed it from a 4/12 pitch to a 7/12, allowing us to create vaulted ceilings and completely change the look and feel of the home.

We also added a covered front porch, installed all new Pella windows and doors, rebuilt the deck, repaired rotten framing we uncovered along the way, remodeled the interior, and finished the exterior with new Diamond Kote siding.

A ton of work went into this one, but seeing the before and after makes it worth it.
