We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team for a full-time position!

Job Duties Include:
Lawn mowing & trimming
Mulch installation
Decorative stone installation
Yard cleanups
Landscaping projects
Minor tree work
Various outdoor labor tasks
Year-Round Work Available This is a full-time position, with lawn care and landscaping during the main season. In the winter, we also do part-time snow removal and minor tree work to keep work available year-round.

What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and dependable
Able to work outdoors in varying weather
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
Valid driver’s license preferred

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join Cowling Property Management!

Lawn Care Technician Duties and Responsibilities-
Mow and aerate lawns
Trim shrubbery
Remove weeds
Mulching
Minor tree work
Winter snow removal

Pesticide certification a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical stamina

Summer hours are typically: 7:30-530 monday through thursday (some days shorter and some longer depending on rain, weather, etc) and typically short fridays.

Experience would be great but willing to train.

We have taken down MANY trees that have been infected with EAB. Reach out for a quote and get on our winter schedule for a discounted rate!

Burnett County is now the only county in Wisconsin that EAB hasn’t been detected in.

The Wisconsin DNR says EAB will continue to spread in northern Wisconsin.
