Cleared some land over off 203 in bosque county and built a pad for a horse walker. I’m sure with all the rain we recently had, that there’s already grass growing on that new pasture area.

I did the addition on this house over 10 years ago and we got brought back in to give it a facelift and prepare it to be listed for sale. Lots of drywall and paint work, new flooring, gutted the second bath and everything in there is brand new. Added some can lights in home and all new light fixtures. Added a closet and updated the existing closets. Inside is finished and starting to update the outside this week.

Several days/weeks of pushing and burning and we finally got this untouched property accessible for the new owners. Roads cut and cleared, area cleared for house pad. Trails cut to access the whole property and some amazing views opened up so the new owners can decide exactly where the house is going. I’m excited for the new owners and this project.

Entrance and driveway we just put in. Prepped for the construction entrance, will come back next year after house is built and do the finish work. # #

Tub to shower conversion we just did for a customer in Granbury.

Cleared out for a new road and started cleaning up the property to make it accessible. Will be out here for a few weeks getting area cleared and ready for a house pad.
