Everyone meet mudslinger.


We received a call from a good friend of our a few months back to give his ole hot rod a new heart.

Obviously we were thrilled with the opportunity. Throughout this process we installed a used but healthy 302 and a three speed transmission from a 70s ford truck. We also added a “power steering” gear box from a 56 f600 to make it a little easier to drive. This one had its share of ups and downs but in the end, it went home to its proud owner today and he is super pleased with the outcome.

When you walk into the shop and realize that your childhood dream of having a genuine hot rod shop where everyone can come hang out is slowly coming to fruition. I have truly been blessed to own and work on some cool hot rods lately. Hopefully there are lots more opportunities in the future.

What a busy start to the week. We got a little bit of a late start today due to being out of town all weekend but we still managed to get 160tons of lime to a customer for our friends at Goswick Ag Services to spread. With the crazy price of fertilizer, it’s definitely worth checking with them to get your pastures limed.

We are just over a week away from our next cruise night (August 27th). I’m planning to have the ole girl shined back up and ready to roll again.

Don’t forget cruise in on the square from 4-7 and then open cruise on the boulevard from 7-10.

This event is open to everything, trucks, cars, bikes, muscle, import, exotic, big rigs, etc.
