From initial design concepts through construction documents, including cost estimating, working with local authorities, permitting, bidding and construction administration, MMA is here to provide the utmost satisfaction to the client. Although a great deal of experience in the architectural and construction field is a statue MMA honorably acknowledges, it does not limit our drive to design creatively. In a general overview of the projects MMA has produced, it is clear to see that a single style of design has not been embraced. Instead, each project is started with building strong relationships with the clients, discussing what the client’s intentions are, and producing a design that reflects the client’s aspirations and goals. MMA is committed to performing the due diligence required for every project. With retail driven construction completions in over 20 states for numerous Fortune 500 clients such as Walmart, CVS, and Liz Claiborne, MMA has been continuously tested to design buildings that meet the needs of not only our clients but the community in which the project is to be completed. With a creative design approach for each project, MMA is dedicated to performing all required due diligence. From typology studies, user type research, to environmental impact studies and sustainable design understanding, MMA has the tools and capabilities to manage numerous tasks while simultaneously maintaining creative design approaches. Recently numerous members of the firm have taken a strong interest in the development, design process, and feasibility of sustainable design developments. In the research of creating sustainable design, MMA looked to the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) a leader in sustainable design who offered a certification process called LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Currently MMA has four LEED Accredited Professionals and we are anticipating numerous others to obtain this innovative and important certification in the near future. MMA understands that maintaining knowledge that focuses on current topics is a key component to providing innovative and creative design approaches.
