This is a porch extension we done for a customer of ours. Rain was getting on the tile concrete and running back towards the house, so after the porch extension and metal roof, we hand dug a 55 ft long French drain and covered with rocks to help catch all the water. Bad thing is the existing patio has a hill in front of it and thats why we put the French drain in. Also removed and replaced 4 post underneath the carport, 6x6 treated.

Good Monday morning everyone. Wanted to let you all know to be weather cautious today. THEY are calling for severe weather conditions, so be aware. Also Spring is right up on us. He we e is some new Laminate flooring we put down for a customer in Hatley area. They also wanted the ceiling fixed in one of the other rooms. So we installed 1x6 tongue and groove in the ceiling.
