Complete tear down of this entry to framing. New 6x6 Redwood posts stained black with LED lighting @ top. Framed in lower walls on new Concrete footing to support the stonework on sides and stair risers. Picture framed stair treads and decking. New metal railings. This was a fun one here in Nevada City and the customer was stoked.

Shower pan leaking was what initiated this project. Completely gutted the steam shower, removal of linoleum floor and wall paper. New tiled shower with metal corner shelf, light above and frameless glass door, new tiled flooring, texture and paint walls finished up with new lighting.

Water damage repair from leaky discharge hose on Dishwasher. Took out the damaged wood flooring replaced moldy drywall at dishwasher area and installed tile. Brightened up the feel of the kitchen.
