Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to getting the job done right, Alex takes pride in leading his crew while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and production. When asked what he enjoys most about On Track, Alex pointed to the strong team culture, the daily challenges that keep the work interesting, and the resources provided to help crews succeed. He also appreciates the opportunities for team building and safety training that help keep everyone working safely and efficiently.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys taking his side-by-side out, tackling projects around home, and spending time with friends and family.

Congratulations to April's Photo Contest Winner: Ray!

This photo highlights Ray’s crew repairing another sanitary sewer line in Des Moines, providing access for pipe lining crews to rehabilitate deteriorating sewer infrastructure. With assistance from Precision Vac Operations, LLC. and shoring equipment from Contractor Solutions, the crew was able to complete the repair safely and efficiently while avoiding damage to nearby communication and gas lines.

Captured on the Ankeny NW 9th St. Project, this shot highlights James’ crew installing a new storm manhole and 54” precast storm pipe as part of a larger street reconstruction effort. The project involves extensive rerouting of existing sanitary and water services to make way for the new storm system.

Strong work by the team handling a complex job safely and efficiently.
