Estimated this roof 4 years ago in Nevada and finally got the green light to replace it. Love the Peppercorn color and my guys did a great job with all the flashing details on the brick. Shout out to another referral from Marc Olson. Local is always best way to do business

Working close to home in Shipley Iowa. This one day project involved new shingles, sheeting, chimney removal, siding/soffit/fascia repairs and new gutters. Homeowner was super happy we removed plywood soffit box detail over the garage where her son Zack used to have his basketball hoop. Past customer called and said their new house in North Ames was hit by hail. Inspected , estimated, approved and roof and gutters replaced 2 weeks later. Special thanks to Marc Olson for referring me to this customer at his last home few years back where we were able to replace that roof right before closing.

Replaced these 2 townhome roofs today in Nevada. Was able to help Katie Baker and her neighbor get full replacement from their insurance company from last years hail storm. My employees were loving this weather and are excited for only 1 rain day in forecast this week. If you know anyone that was impacted by last week’s storms have them reach out to me.

Thank you Accura Healthcare in Ames for trusting us with your low slope roof replacement. Installed an iso tapered system with rubber membrane to solve ponding water on the roof that was leaking . Guys did great job and it turned out amazing
