Qualifications: previous construction/remodeling experience with a basic knowledge of construction including but not limited to:
-Painting
-basic plumbing
-flooring
-Sheetrock hanging and finishing
-concrete finishing
-framing
-handyman duties
-miscellaneous duties

Must have reliable means of transportation.
Having your own tools is a plus!!
Pay $13-22/hr DOE.

This customer is an in house customer. This is a 6 acre piece of property where I’m building my house on. It was 100% raw land and we have gotten it to the point where it’s ready to build the house with the pad for house and pad for shop cut in and graded.

Had a customer that needed 200 ft of sewer line put future house and shop with a temporary sewer line for camper and it tied into their septic system. Also need a frost free hydrant installed and tied into their water line. Finish with a grade and gravel driveway run for them.

The weather worked against us for sure on this one, but we got it done!
