Job Responsibilities:
**Coordinate Service Calls: Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking HVAC services, answering calls, and dispatching technicians based on their skills and availability.
**Schedule Management: Efficiently manage and organize the daily schedules of HVAC technicians to minimize travel time and maximize productivity. This includes considering job locations, urgency, and technician expertise.
**Customer Communication: Provide updates to customers regarding technician arrival times, manage expectations, and handle any rescheduling or delays. Maintain a customer-oriented approach to enhance satisfaction.
**Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues such as technician delays or emergency calls, adjusting schedules as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple service calls and technician schedules simultaneously.
Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills for managing schedules, entering customer information, and using dispatch software.
HVAC dispatchers are essential for ensuring that service calls are handled efficiently and that technicians are dispatched in a timely manner. Their ability to communicate effectively and manage schedules directly impacts customer satisfaction.
Monday-Friday 9-5:30
