MAC Construction is proud to have been part of bringing Charlestown’s new downtown entertainment and gathering park to life!

Designed as a central destination for community events, The Commons features a signature performance pavilion, open lawn, pedestrian promenade, gathering and seating areas, safety features, and the iconic backlit Charlestown sign.

We recently celebrated the grand opening of this exciting new space, and it was exciting to see the finished space come together and begin serving the Charlestown Community. We’re proud of the work our team put into this project and even more proud to see it become a place where the community can gather, celebrate, and make memories for years to come!

MAC recently completed the Utica-Sellersburg Road (Division A) and Charlestown Pike (Division B) Reconstruction project. Division A consisted of the reconstruction of Utica-Sellersburg Road from Charlestown Jeffersonville Pike to Keystone Boulevard and Division B focused on the reconstruction of Charlestown Jeffersonville Pike from Holmans Lane to Utica-Sellersburg Road. Both divisions of the project focused on road construction widening, new curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewers, and water main replacements. We were proud to partner with the City of Jeffersonville on this project and are pleased to have successfully completed the work safely, efficiently, and within the established project schedule.

Project Update: INDOT Spencer – Perry Co

Our MAC crews have been making great progress on the SR 70 project over Waterman Branch! This complex project includes the construction of a 48-foot span by 21-foot rise, three-sided structure, requiring careful planning, coordination, and precision throughout the construction process.

The details are what brings a project like this together and our crews continue to put their expertise and experience to work.
