When this distribution center needed a full roof replacement, tear-off to the metal deck, nearly 2,000 skylights replaced, IRC was ready to take it on!

This project took place during their peak holiday fulfillment rush. So, shut down or delay wouldn't just be an inconvenience, It would hit the supply chain / profit directly.

Nighttime tear-off. Daytime install. Our own CDL-licensed drivers embedded directly into their dispatch rotation. Nightly site cleanup coordinated around dock schedules so every morning, operations picked up exactly where they left off.
