Most people hear "spray foam roofing" and think of the stuff in their attick lining their walls thats easy to knock loose or clip away.
Not even close.
Closed-cell SPF is a rigid, dense, monolithic roofing system with a compressive strength of 50–60 PSI. and cures within seconds into a single seamless surface, bonded directly to your substrate with no seams, no fasteners, and no weak points.
Because SPF is closed-cell, any pe*******on whether from wildlife or debris contains the water exactly where the breach occurred. It cannot migrate. It cannot travel horizontally and silently saturate your roof the way it does on a conventional single-ply system. It was designed with defense in mind for large facilities as an extra safe guard to uncontrollable environmental factors.
That same closed-cell structure gives SPF the highest R-value per inch of any commercial roofing insulation and eliminates the thermal bridging that quietly degrades the performance of mechanically fastened systems.
IRC is America's largest spray foam roofing contractor, installing SPF systems since 1974 across pharmaceutical, food processing, aviation, and commercial facilities nationwide.
