As another school year comes to a close and summer gets into full swing, we'd like to recognize a special group of young professionals who are taking the next step in their careers.
Over the past year, these Youth Apprentices have balanced classroom responsibilities with hands-on experience in the electrical trade, learning from our field leaders while building valuable skills on real projects. Today, we're proud to celebrate their transition into full-time First-Year Apprentices at NEXT Electric.
Programs like Youth Apprenticeship create opportunities for students to explore rewarding careers, gain meaningful work experience, and begin building a future in the skilled trades. We're excited to continue investing in their growth and look forward to watching them develop into the next generation of electricians.
