Meet Ben Strieff, our Sales and Project Manager! 👋

We asked Ben how he got started in the asphalt and paving industry, and his answer shows just how deep his roots run:

"I was born into the industry. My father purchased General Asphalt the year I was born, and by 14, I was working full-time wherever my dad needed me. I started as a laborer on the paving crew, and by the end of the season, I was operating the asphalt paver, excavator, and anything else that needed to get done. On weekends, I worked with the sealcoating crew, and at night, I was in the shop helping my dad.

I saw the joy this industry brought him. He loved watching the transformation of a project and the impact it had on the community to have a trustworthy family doing the work. I instantly fell in love with construction, and I still enjoy working with our customers today."
