We upgraded this customer's existing electrical service from 60 amp fuse panel to 200 amp service and breaker panel. When Duke Energy disconnected the old service drop we saw there was a tree that was going to be in the way for the new service drop from their pole.

I notified the customer of the situation and I knew this guy's power wouldn't be restored until the tree was gone. The customer called tree removal folks but I knew they were all busy and no telling how long it would be for them to remove the tree.

We stepped up and cut it down ourselves. Got to get that power !!!
