Do you love drone inspections?

Seeing the ins and outs of a roof when you can’t walk it is a struggle.

Drone inspections are the only way to keep you safe and getting you all the information you need In less time.

This home had previous wind and tree damage. We needed to send to insurance the issues seen and get a response asap.

Drone footage was about 25min. This is just a bit of the end result.

WHAT TO BE PREPARED FOR -
1 Crews starting early
2 A full tear off of the roofing system
3 Debris all around the property that will be cleaned during and after the project is complete.

What goes into a new roof -
1 Deck inspection
2 Underlayment for deck protection
3 Ice and water in the valleys and penetrations of the roof surface
4 Drip edge over the fascia board usually a 2x2
5 Starter strip around perimeter of home
6 A Quality lifetime shingle or material of choice
