Must have 2 years of current experience (within the last 5 yrs) of grading and operating a skid steer as a form of employment, not a hobby. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. Applicants must understand positive drainage, have knowledge of cut requirements, be self-motivated, team leader, and accountable. Pay is competitive but based on experience and knowledge. Employees are 1099 Contract labor during a mandatory probationary period. After the probationary period, we offer a W-2 and direct deposit. After 60 days you are eligible for health insurance. NOW HIRING!!! We are looking to fill multiple positions within our company. We are a site work and underground utilities company. Looking to employ self motivated and task driven personnel and offering competitive pay.

We are located in the Canyon Lake and New Braunfels are. Schedule is Monday thru Friday. All full-time employees are W2 employees after they complete their probation period and generally average 50-60 hrs a week. Health insurance is offered after 60 days of employment.

We are looking for FT/PT Dump truck drivers. Must currently have Class A or Class B CDL. Must have 3+ years of experience driving as a Commercial Driver, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test.

We are looking for a Rock saw operator. Must have 2 years of experience running a rock saw (not a trencher), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test. Having a CDL is an advantage to gaining employment in this position.

We are looking to hire an excavator operator. Must have 2 years of recent experience as an excavator operator. Applicants should have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Having a CDL is an advantage to gaining employment in this position.

We are looking for a skid steer operator. Must have 2 years of recent experience as a skid steer operator. Must be knowledgeable on grades, positive drainage, cuts, and able to efficiently load dump trucks. Applicants should have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Having a CDL is an advantage to gaining employment in this position.

Please keep in mind that simply knowing how to move or drive a piece of machinery is not considered an operator. Operators should understand maintenance of machinery, and be able to effectively and efficiently conduct a multitude of tasks with limited supervision required.
