Well, I was correct - San Antonio Water System SAWS came today. I spent the time to explain it all to the Tech and guess what he did. NOTHING. Looked at the meter, left a note on my door and left. This is crazy!

Has ANYONE in San Antonio, TX had issues with SAWS? I went from paying $120/m to over $1500 monthly. There has been NO change in my home. A small leak was fixed by a plumber who had to come out 3 times because SAWS shut off valve was broken. No change in my bill, it just continues to go up. I have paid them over $7k and now they want another $5k or they are going to shut off our water. Where is this water going? Why can't they come out and help? They can do whatever they want because they are a monopoly here. How is this fair? I have been fighting this since the middle of 2022. City of San Antonio - Municipal Government Mary Mont Community
