JOB OPENING !!!!!

Apprentices and/or lcensed commercial and residential HVAC Technician needed! The Ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, able to troubleshoot; someone who knows how to look up issues they don't know how to solve and figure it out on the spot or with technical support, someone who holds themselves to a very high standard. The position:

Perform preventive maintenance, service and troubleshoot commercial HVAC/R for commercial and residential locations. The position involves detailed paperwork, using a mobile phone, ability to communicate and be pleasant with clients, and be comfortable with driving from job to job. The candidate will be in contact with the service manager throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications

-2-5 years of experience as HVAC Tech at inspecting, troubleshooting and making repairs to code on commercial equipment (such as RTUs, water-source heat pumps, split systems, AHU’s, cooling towers, exhaust fans, pumps, VAV boxes)
-Trade school graduate in HVAC curriculum or equivalent work experience
-OSHA-10 certification
-Possesses a valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable means of transportation
-Miele Mechanical, LLC. services and installs HVAC/R equipment in commercial and residential locations throughout Central Connecticut. and local commercial sights as well as performing residential installs. Updating a 3 family house with all new boilers and baseboard heat on all 3 floors.
Home was a total loss from original boilers being shut down for high CO levels in exhaust during extreme cold temperatures in winter of 2018.

Biggest reason we replace valves when we upgrade heating and hot water systems, old valves tend to leak over time, like this shut off valve for a gas heating system, leaking 24/7/365. Not only is it unsafe, but will cause an increase in your utilities bills.

Customers boiler cracked New Year’s Eve, leaving them with no heat with a house full of guests, we had a new boiler delivered this morning to get them back online for heat and hot water.

If anybody you know has this boiler installed in their home, please contact installing contractor to verify your boiler is safe. We are here if you need further assistance with your heating or how water units.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water heaters and boilers that are using propane gas and contact Navien for a free replacement conversion kit. Consumers who continue use of the water heaters and boilers while awaiting repair, should have a working carbon monoxide alarm installed...
