🏗️ COMMERCIAL ADDITION | PROJECT PROGRESS

Another productive stretch on our commercial addition project.

This past Friday, we successfully completed & PASSED our footing/form inspection & moved directly into the concrete footing pour immediately thereafter.

Today, our masonry crew is on site & CMU block foundation installation is officially underway. The addition is starting to take shape as we continue moving through each phase of construction.

Progress to date:
✓ Excavation
✓ Footing preparation & reinforcing steel
✓ Footing/Form Inspection — PASSED
✓ Concrete footings poured
🔨 CMU block foundation — IN PROGRESS

Once the foundation work is completed, we’ll continue advancing toward the next phase of the build.

WALKWAY. 🚧 Taking Olympus Construction Out West! 🚧

Another concrete project in the books- this time taking our services out to Western New Jersey.

Our crew completed the removal & replacement of the existing walkways, providing the homeowner w/ clean, durable new access around the property. From demolition & preparation to forming, pouring, & finishing, the project was handled start to finish by the Olympus team.

Excavation is officially underway as our crew prepares the footings for a new addition to an existing commercial facility. From the ground up, we’re excited to bring this expansion to life & share the progress along the way.

SIDEWALK. Quick turnaround downtown. 👷‍♂️

Our crew completed this sidewalk replacement in just one day—from removal and prep to a fresh concrete pour & cleanup.

SIDEWALK. Another sidewalk improvement is wrapping up! 👷‍♂️

New concrete sidewalk and ADA-accessible curb ramps are being completed, providing a smoother, safer, and more accessible route for pedestrians.

A great improvement for the neighborhood and everyone who uses these sidewalks every day. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

IRONWORK. Yesterday morning, our team successfully installed the final (2) structural steel I-beams, completing the primary steel framework for this storefront renovation. These beams play a critical role in supporting the new façade & creating the large, open storefront openings that will completely transform the appearance & functionality of the building.

BATHROOM REMODEL. This week, the Olympus Construction team is excited to begin another residential renovation, this time transforming a master bathroom into a beautiful, functional space our clients will enjoy for years to come.
