Bazcon, quality starts long before the finished product is installed.

One small example: protecting open HVAC ductwork during construction.

Our team is making sure exposed ductwork and openings are properly covered with plastic to prevent dust, construction debris, birds, and other contaminants from getting inside the system.

It may seem like a small detail, but the beginning of construction can have a major impact on the end result.

We’ve spent time educating our team on why protecting completed and partially completed work matters, and it’s great to see that education turning into initiative. Our crews are now identifying open penetrations and HVAC openings on their own and taking the necessary steps to protect them before being asked.

That is the culture we want to continue building.
