This day in 1892 marked the beginning of the Allied Masonic Degrees in America. The Allied Masonic Degrees is an invitational organization with councils in Great Britain, the United States, Canada, France, Australia, India, Benin, and Congo.

In the United States of America, a national Grand Council charters local councils, which confer their degrees on selected Royal Arch Masons. There are over a dozen degrees conferred within Allied Masonic Degrees.
