So the official weight is 1,464 making it a decent new PB considering how the year went. It had an OTT of 383” with an estimated weight of 1257 pounds making 16.5% Heavy. 2907 Paton x 2610 Petrelli should have some monster potential for future generations. Now on to bigger and better in 25.

Tropical storm, cold fronts, powdery mildew, heat wave and thunderstorms may have slowed Marvin but they haven’t stopped him yet. Still gaining. He passed my PB some time back so we shall see what happens. This is the first year I’ve seen fruit sink in the patch so may have a few pounds hiding.

Turn misters off for a week to work on soil issues and now I’m battling powdery mildew….. what a season!!!! Had never seen powdery mildew as long as misters were running. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤬
