After a lot of consideration, we have made the decision to RESCHEDULE the Heroes & Hounds Community Festival from September 12th to:

📅 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2026

Our community has had a lot happening lately. Between the recent flooding, family events, Homecoming activities, and several other things taking place on September 12th, we feel moving Heroes & Hounds gives our community a better opportunity to come together and make this fundraiser everything we know it can be. 💙

This event has one BIG purpose: raising money to help bring a new K-9 partner to the New Castle Police Department.🐕‍🦺🇺🇸 We don't want competing schedules or everything our community has been dealing with recently to take away from that mission.

And the good news? We now have even MORE time to make Heroes & Hounds bigger and better! 🎉

All the fun is still coming — food, games, raffles, auction items, family activities, community partners, and so much more!

🔧 TRAINING NEVER STOPS AT DUTY CALLS PLUMBING!🔥💧

Our team spent this morning training with MMI, getting valuable hands-on refreshers and education on Noritz tankless water heaters.

The training covered proper installation procedures, troubleshooting, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to help ensure our team is installing and servicing Noritz equipment correctly and efficiently.

Even with years of experience in the field, continuing education matters. Plumbing technology and manufacturer requirements continue to evolve, and we believe investing in training is one of the best ways we can continue providing dependable, high-quality service to our customers.

🚨 A big THANK YOU to the team at MMI for taking the time to train our crew and share their knowledge, and to Noritz for providing quality equipment and resources that help us better serve our customers!
