WELCOME ABOARD BRYANT!
Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed a new face around Shell Roofing & Exteriors. We'd like to officially introduce our Logistics & Quality Control Manager, Bryant Irion!
With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and leadership to our team. His career began framing houses before advancing into commercial carpentry and project supervision, and he spent nearly 20 years successfully running his own business.
Since joining Shell, he's been focused on strengthening our scheduling processes, improving coordination between crews, and helping ensure every project meets the high standards our customers expect. As our Logistics & Quality Control Manager, Bryant provides an additional level of oversight that most contractors simply don't have in place, reflecting our ongoing commitment to continually improve the experience and results we deliver to homeowners.
His role serves as an added layer of quality control, helping us deliver exceptional workmanship, quality materials, and an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
When asked what quality means to him, his answer says it all:
"Without quality, our work, relationships, and overall customer experience would not exist. We want customers to be excited about the investment in their homes and confident enough to recommend us to their friends and family."
