Hello,

It has recently come to our attention that someone has been using our company name and likeness when performing garage door repairs at escalated prices and massively overcharging customers.

We are aware of the situation at hand and are taking steps to resolve the issue.

We urge ALL of our customers or any one in need of a garage door repair or install to ensure that if they are calling Cox Garage Doors, that they have the right phone number. 724-658-7316.

When someone does arrive please make sure they are in one of OUR marked vans, we will never show up in an unmarked car or vehicle.

Remember, whoever is doing this is massively overcharging folks and if the customer decides to not go through with the repair/install they are demanding cash just for showing up. We do not and haven’t ever done that.
Please keep any receipts, work orders or invoices given for the work done. We always leave or provide a bill of service when we complete jobs.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.
If you suspect that this has happened to you please call your local authorities and report it.
