Is your aluminum trim and or gutters fading, discolored, look worn but not beat up and still function. We use aluminum because it’s a durable material!! Some progress pics of the trailer. It’s an emergency housing situation, the couple HAS to be out of their other place this weekend. Had to shuffle my schedule a bit, Having 2 people already burn me on doing work here, it’s another one man show. Happy with my progress, pretty confident I can make it livable by Friday. This thing was going to be torn down.

URGENT
If you’re thinking about having your roof done in shingles this year. Price went up over 10% on shingles. That means your roof will cost around 20% more than it did last year. I can still get some over stock from last year from my supplier before the price change. Not sure for how many roofs but I know I can at the moment. If you need/want a new roof this year this would be the time!!
