3,000 square feet. Pre-war bones. Finished from shell to showcase.
This apartment required the kind of work that doesn't announce itself loudly but reveals itself slowly. Coffered ceilings. Level 5 paint. Plaster crown moldings. Custom mirror walls in the living room that double the light and depth of the space. Shower door in solid brass with nickel plating. Bespoke millwork and high-end materials throughout, delivered despite the logistical challenges of a complex building environment.
Every detail was specified to last. Every surface was executed to the standard Hanjo has held since 1982.
