This Home was upgraded to a Class 4 Hail Impact Resistant Roof System.
To make sure this house was better than it started out, we included an upgraded ventilation package from 3 turbines to 92 Liner Feet of ridge vent, 43 more feet than the required minimum. This increased ventilation will prolong the life of the roof as it will not become brittle quicker and damage more easily. This is being mindful of where the original build out of the roof was lacking. To many roofers will just replace it the way it started, without looking at long term solutions for longer life spans of roof systems.
The chimney was in bad shape and would lead to future leaking so we had the chimney rebuilt.
This Class 4 Roof system will save the homeowner up to 30% yearly off their insurance premiums. If you don't have to file as many claims the insurance companies are rewarding homeowners for this and everyone benefits from a better roof system.
