Many of you never met Paul Alston aside from maybe a passing wave hello. Perhaps you wondered what the PA on the bottom of your invoice meant. Those of you who did meet him understand how much he loved his job. Paul took pride in his work and treated of all our customers lawns as his own. It's with a heavy heart we give word of his untimely passing. He was a loving husband, a fantastic father, and a great friend to all. We at Gran-U-Lawn are a family and he will be sorely missed.

We are now applying our late spring visit. This is a slow release fertilizer and blanket application of w**d control. At this time we also apply a boost to your crabgrass pre-emergent with a full program. Customers who are schedule for a grub preventer will also have this applied at this time.

We are now applying our summer treatment. This is a broad spectrum insect control. It will take care of anything feeding on the lawn as well as fleas, ticks, ants and any other bugs in the lawn. If you received the grub control in the spring we will also apply a boost to extend the longevity of the control. We will also touch up any w**ds, crabgrass, and nutsedge as well.
